Shipping Area
Shipping is currently available exclusively within Germany.
EU-wide delivery is already being planned and will be available soon.
Standard Shipping
For orders within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99.
Free Shipping
Orders with a total value of €39.00 or more qualify for free shipping within Germany.
Frozen Products
Orders containing at least one frozen product are subject to a one-time surcharge of €4.99 per order for insulated packaging and cooling materials.
The surcharge is applied per order, not per item.
Shipping of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
Fresh fruits and vegetables are shipped exclusively from Monday to Thursday.
Orders containing fresh fruits or vegetables placed outside this shipping period may be dispatched on the following Monday to ensure maximum freshness.
Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared for shipment on the same day, provided they are placed within the applicable order cut-off times.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
Same-Day Delivery (Hamburg)
We offer Same-Day Delivery within the Hamburg metropolitan area.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM may still be possible upon prior request.
