Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 7°C. Once opened, consume within a few days.

Preparation:
1. Pour the batter into greased idli moulds or spread onto a hot pan for dosa.
2. Steam the idlis for 10–12 minutes or cook the dosa until golden brown.
3. Remove carefully and allow to cool slightly.
4. Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney.
