Ingredients: Pasteurised milk, acidity regulator (citric acid), calcium chloride (INS 509), preservative (potassium sorbate, INS 202).
Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy: 1221 kJ / 292 kcal, Fat: 20 g, of which saturated fat: 13 g, Carbohydrates: 1.2 g, of which sugars: 1.2 g, Fibre: 0 g, Protein: 18 g, Salt: 0.66 g.
Preparation of Fresh Original Paneer - Indian Cottage Cheese:
1. Cut the paneer into cubes or slices.
2. Lightly pan-fry in a little oil or butter until golden.
3. Add to curries, vegetables or your favourite spices.
4. Serve hot as a main dish or side dish.
