Ingredients: Water, Split Red Gram (Toor Dal) (13%), Onions, Sunflower Oil, Tomato, Garlic, Split Bengal Gram (Chana Dal), Ginger, Salt, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder and Dry Mango Powder.

Allergens: May contain traces of Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, Sesame and Mustard.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Preparation (Dal Tadka with Rice):

1. Heat the Dal Tadka until thoroughly warmed.

2. Prepare steamed basmati rice according to package instructions.

3. Pour the hot Dal Tadka over the rice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

4. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavour if desired.

5. Serve hot with papad, pickle or naan for a complete Indian meal.
