Preparation (Kashmiri Paneer Curry):

1. Heat oil and sauté onions, ginger and garlic until golden.

2. Add tomato puree, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder, turmeric and coriander powder.

3. Cook until the masala thickens, then add paneer cubes and a little water.

4. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the flavours blend well.

5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or steamed rice.
