Preparation (Ginger Tea):
1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Add 1 teaspoon ginger powder and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
3. Add tea leaves and sugar or honey to taste.
4. Pour in milk if desired and boil for another 2 minutes.
5. Strain and serve hot.
