Preparation: 1. Bring 1 liter of milk to a boil. 2. Mix 1 sachet of Firni with a little cold milk. 3. Stir into the boiling milk. 4. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. 5. Pour into bowls and serve cold.
