Legal Name: Malai Kulfi Mix (Frozen Dessert Mix).

Ingredients: Sugar, Modified Starch, Vegetable Fat, Almonds (3%), Cardamom, Thickener (Guar Gum E412), Artificial Malai Flavour and Permitted Food Colours.

Allergens: Contains Almonds (Tree Nuts). May contain traces of Milk, Soy and other Nuts.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep tightly sealed after opening.

Preparation (Malai Kulfi):

1. Add the contents of the pack to the recommended quantity of milk.

2. Stir continuously until the mixture is completely dissolved.

3. Bring to a gentle boil while stirring regularly.

4. Allow the mixture to cool and pour into kulfi moulds.

5. Freeze until firm and serve chilled.
