Ingredients: Sugar, Modified Starch, Pistachios, Vegetable Fat, Stabilizer (E412), Artificial Pistachio Flavour and Permitted Food Colours (E102, E133).

Preparation (Pistachio Kulfi):

2. Stir well until the mix is completely dissolved.
3. Bring to a gentle boil while stirring continuously.
4. Allow the mixture to cool and pour into kulfi moulds or serving cups.
5. Freeze until firm and serve chilled.
