Directions for Use:
1. Rinse: Wash the rice thoroughly.
2. Soak: Soak the rice and urad dal for at least 4 hours, then grind into a smooth batter.
3. Ferment: Allow the batter to rest until it becomes airy and rises.
4. Cook: Steam for idli or spread and cook on a griddle for dosa.
