Legal Name: Instant Mix for Rava Idli (Steamed Semolina Cakes).

Ingredients: Rice, Black Lentils, Fenugreek, Salt, Raising Agent (E500(ii) – Sodium Carbonate), Acidity Regulator (E296 – Malic Acid).

Allergens: May contain wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, mustard, sulphites and milk.

Storage: Store in a cool, clean and dry place.

Preparation:

1. Mix the Aachi Rava Idli Mix with water to prepare a smooth batter.

2. Allow the batter to rest for a few minutes.

3. Pour into greased idli moulds and steam for approximately 10 minutes.

4. Serve hot with coconut chutney, tomato chutney or sambar.
