Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Mustard Seeds, Nigella Seeds, Chilli, Paprika, Black Pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Salt and other spices.

Preparation of Achari Gosht:
1. Brown the meat with onions in a little oil.
2. Add 1–2 teaspoons of Achari Gosht Masala and mix well.
3. Add tomatoes, yoghurt and a little water, then simmer until the meat is tender.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or basmati rice. Enjoy!
