Preparation:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and sauté mustard seeds, curry leaves and chopped vegetables.
2. Add 1 cup Jowar Rava and roast lightly for 2–3 minutes.
3. Pour in 2½ cups hot water, add salt and stir continuously.
4. Cook until the water is absorbed and serve hot as Jowar Upma.
