Legal Name: Instant Mix for Idli.

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Lentil Flour, Salt and Raising Agents.

Allergens: May contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, mustard and sesame.

Storage: Store in a cool, clean and dry place. Keep tightly closed after opening.

Nutritional values per 100g: Energy: 1339 kJ / 320 kcal, Fat: 1 g, of which saturates: 0.2 g, Carbohydrates: 68 g, of which sugars: 0 g, Protein: 10 g, Fibre: 0.7 g, Salt: 0 g.

Preparation:

1. Mix the Idli Mix with water to form a smooth batter.

2. Allow the batter to rest for 5–10 minutes.

3. Pour into greased idli moulds and steam for 10–12 minutes.

4. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
