Ingredients: Rapeseed Oil, Spices, Coriander, Cumin, Paprika, Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato Paste, Salt, Sugar, Herbs, Acidity Regulator and Preservative.

Allergens: May contain traces of Mustard, Sesame and Celery.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 6 weeks.

Preparation of Balti Curry:
1. Heat 2–3 tbsp of Balti Paste in a pan.
2. Add chicken, vegetables or paneer and sauté.
3. Pour in water, coconut milk or cream.
4. Simmer for a few minutes and serve with rice or naan.
