Beef Biryani Masala

Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, black pepper, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, garlic, chili, salt. May contain traces of mustard and celery.

Preparation:

1. Brown 500g beef and marinate with 3 tablespoons of masala and yogurt.
2. Cook 500g of basmati rice separately.
3. Arrange rice and meat in layers in a pot and steam (dum) for 20 minutes.

Seasoning: 3 tbsp masala per dish for intense biryani flavor.
