Butter Chicken Masala

Ingredients: Tomato powder, kasuri methi, garlic, ginger, onion, coriander, cumin, chili, sugar, salt. May contain traces of mustard, milk, and celery.

Preparation:

1. Dice 500g chicken breast and marinate in yogurt, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of masala.
2. Brown the meat, then add butter, tomato puree and cream.
3. Simmer over low heat for 15–20 minutes.

Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of masala give the dish its typical buttery, spicy flavor.
