Butter Chicken Masala

Legal Name: Butter Chicken Masala Spice Mix.

Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, red chillies, tomato powder, dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi), black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, garlic, salt and mixed spices.

Preparation of Butter Chicken Masala:
1. Marinate chicken pieces with yogurt and Butter Chicken Masala for at least 1 hour.
2. Heat butter and sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes.
3. Add the marinated chicken, stir in fresh cream and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with naan or basmati rice.
