Chicken Biryani Masala

Ingredients: Turmeric, coriander, ginger, garlic, chili, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt. May contain traces of mustard, celery, and sesame.

Preparation of Chicken Biryani:

1. Marinate 500g chicken pieces with yogurt and 3 tablespoons of masala.
2. Fry onions, add marinated meat and fry.
3. Cook rice separately and layer with meat.
4. Seasoning with the masala rounds off the taste.
5. Finish using the dum method (steam cooking) for 20 minutes.
