Chicken Handi Masala

Ingredients: Tomato powder, turmeric, paprika, chili, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, garlic, ginger, table salt. May contain traces of celery, mustard, milk, and gluten.

Preparation of Chicken Handi:
1. Fry chicken in ghee or oil.
2. Add onions and tomatoes, season with Handi Masala.
3. Stir in some water and cream and simmer gently.
4. The masala gives the sauce a balanced depth and color.
5. Serve in a clay pan. Enjoy your chicken handi!
