Chicken Jalfrezi Masala

Preparation of Chicken Jalfrezi:

1. Fry chicken pieces in oil.
2. Add peppers and onions and fry briefly.
3. Add 2-3 tablespoons of masala and mix well.
4. Add a little water and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Seasoning with the Jalfrezi Masala completes the dish harmoniously.
