Chings Veg Hakka Noodles – Hakka style

Legal Name: Hakka Style Noodles.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Refined Wheat Flour, Edible Vegetable Oil, Salt and Permitted Food Additives.

Preparation (Veg Hakka Noodles):

1. Boil the noodles in plenty of water for 3–4 minutes until tender.

2. Drain and rinse briefly under cold water.

3. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, capsicum and spring onions.

4. Add the cooked noodles along with soy sauce, chilli sauce or seasoning to taste.

5. Toss well over high heat and serve hot.
