Legal Name: Food Grade Citric Acid (Nimbu Ka Phool).

Ingredients: 100% Citric Acid (E330).

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed after use.

Preparation (Lemon Sherbet):

1. Mix 1 litre of chilled water with 100 g sugar until dissolved.

2. Add ¼ teaspoon citric acid and stir well.

3. Add a few drops of lemon essence or fresh lemon juice if desired.

4. Chill for 10 minutes and stir again.

5. Serve cold with ice cubes and mint leaves.
