Preparation (Paneer Tikka Marinade):

1. Mix yogurt with 1 teaspoon Deggi Mirch, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin powder and salt.

2. Coat paneer cubes and vegetables evenly with the marinade.

3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

4. Grill or bake until lightly charred and serve hot with mint chutney.
