Fish Masala

Ingredients: Coriander, turmeric, mustard seeds, cumin, fenugreek, black pepper, chili, salt. Contains: mustard. May contain traces of celery.

Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy: 1240 kJ/295 kcal, Fat: 8.2 g, of which saturates: 1.5 g, Carbohydrates: 33.5 g, of which sugars: 3.2 g, Protein: 9.8 g, Salt: 17.9 g

Preparation:

1. Cut 500 g of fish fillet into pieces and marinate with lemon juice.
2. Finely chop 2 onions and fry in oil.
3. Add 2 chopped tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of fish masala.
4. Add fish pieces and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander if desired.

Seasoning: 1-2 tablespoons of Fish Masala are enough for a spicy South Asian-style fish dish.
