Preparation of Fresh Lauki / Doodhi – Bottle Gourd:
1. Peel and cut the bottle gourd into small cubes.
2. Heat oil and sauté cumin seeds, onions, ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes.
3. Add the bottle gourd, turmeric, coriander powder, chilli powder and salt, then cook until tender.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve as Lauki Curry with rice or chapati.
