Preparation of Fresh Tindora / Ivy Gourd – Mini Cucumber:
1. Wash the ivy gourd and slice it lengthwise into thin pieces.

3. Add the ivy gourd, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, then stir-fry until golden.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve as Tindora Sabzi with chapati or steamed rice.
