Gits Rava Dosa Mix (mixture for crispy semolina pancakes)

Ingredients: Semolina Flour (79%), Rice Flour, Bakery Shortening (Palmolein Oil, Sesame Oil), Salt, Citric Acid (E330), Sodium Bicarbonate (E500(i)), Sesame Seed Powder, Cumin Seeds, Antioxidant (E320).

Allergens: Contains sesame. May contain oats, dairy, wheat flour (gluten), tree nuts and mustard.

Storage: Store in a clean, cool and dry place. Protect from moisture, insects, strong odours, sunlight and dust.

Directions for Use:

1. Mix: Combine the contents of the pack with 1300 ml water and stir to a smooth batter. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

2. Prepare Pan: Lightly grease a cold non-stick griddle or pan and heat on a medium flame.

3. Pour Batter: Pour approximately 75 ml batter from the centre outward in a circular motion.

4. Cook: Drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for 1 more minute.

5. Serve: Fold and serve hot with sambar or coconut chutney.
