Legal Name: Instant Mix for Rava Idli (Steamed Semolina Cakes).

Ingredients: Semolina (Rava), Lentils, Salt, Raising Agents, Acidity Regulators and Seasonings.

Allergens: Contains Wheat (Semolina). May contain traces of milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard and sesame.

Storage: Store in a cool, clean and dry place. Keep tightly closed after opening.

Preparation:

1. Mix the Gits Rava Idli Mix with the required amount of water to prepare a smooth batter.

2. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.

3. Pour into greased idli moulds and steam for 10–12 minutes.

4. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
