Ingredients: Rice Flour, Lentil Flour, Salt, Raising Agents (Citric Acid (E330), Sodium Bicarbonate (E500(ii))), Fenugreek Powder and Acidity Regulator (Sodium Acetate (E262(ii))).

Allergens: May contain Milk, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Wheat, Soy, Mustard and Sesame.

Storage: Store in a cool, clean and dry place. Keep the pack tightly closed after opening.

Preparation:

1. Mix 1 pack of Gits Rice Idli Mix with approximately 320 ml water to form a smooth batter.

2. Grease the idli moulds lightly with oil and pour the batter into each mould.

3. Steam for about 10 minutes or until the idlis are soft and cooked through.

4. Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney.
