Haleem Masala

Ingredients: Coriander, ginger, garlic, chili, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, pepper, salt. May contain traces of mustard and gluten.

Preparation:

1. Pre-cook 250g of lentils and 500g of meat until tender.
2. Mix with 3 tablespoons of haleem masala and onions.
3. Puree or mash and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.

Seasoning: 2-3 tablespoons for an authentic savory flavor.
