Preparation:

1. Soak 1 cup Jumbo Chickpeas in water overnight.

2. Drain and cook in fresh water until soft and tender.

3. Sauté onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and spices in a pan.

4. Add the cooked chickpeas, simmer for 10 minutes and serve as Chana Masala with rice or flatbread.
