Karachi Beef Biryani Masala

Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cardamom, nutmeg, ginger powder, garlic powder, dried onions, table salt. May contain traces of mustard, celery, and gluten.

Preparation of Karachi Beef Biryani:
1. Marinate beef in yogurt, garlic-ginger paste, and some Karachi Beef Biryani Masala for 2 hours.
2. Fry onions until golden brown, add tomatoes and remaining masala and simmer with water.
3. Add marinated meat and cook slowly until tender.
4. Cook rice separately until half cooked and add it to a pot in layers, alternating with meat sauce and fresh coriander.
5. Allow to evaporate in a closed pot on a low heat (Dum).
6. Seasoning with the masala intensifies the authentic flavor.
