Ingredients: Paprika, garlic, cumin, turmeric, fenugreek, chili, cinnamon, coriander, table salt. May contain traces of celery, mustard, milk, and gluten.

Preparation of Lahori Charga:
1. Score the whole chicken several times and rub it with masala.
2. Marinate with lemon juice, yogurt and oil.
3. Pre-cook in a steamer, then deep-fry in hot oil.
4. The masala makes the chicken crispy on the outside and aromatically tender on the inside.
5. Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges. Enjoy your Lahori Charga!
