Lahori Fish Masala

Ingredients: Cumin, coriander, chili, garlic, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, table salt. May contain traces of celery, mustard, milk, and gluten.

Preparation of Lahori Fish:
1. Marinate fish pieces with lemon juice, garlic and Lahori Fish Masala.
2. Let it steep for 30 minutes.
3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown or bake in the oven.
4. The masala gives it a spicy, crispy crust and typical Lahori flavor.
5. Serve with onion rings and chutney. Enjoy your Lahori fish!
