Legal Name: Saffron Falooda Mix.

Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Almonds (5%), Pistachio (4%), Raisins, Basil Seeds, Saffron and Food Colours (E102, E110).

Allergens: Contains Wheat (Gluten), Almonds and Pistachios. May contain traces of Milk, Soy and other Nuts.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Preparation (Saffron Falooda):

1. Add one glass of water to one litre of warm milk.

2. Gradually add the contents of the Falooda mix while stirring continuously.

3. Bring to a boil and cook for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Allow to cool and pour into serving glasses.

5. Serve chilled with crushed ice and garnish with vanilla ice cream if desired.
