Preparation of tender meat:
1. Rub the meat with a little water and Meat Tenderizer Masala.
2. Let rest for 30 minutes, longer if the pieces are thicker.
3. Then cook as desired – grill, fry or boil.
4. Seasoning during this phase is crucial for texture.
