Preparation of Memoni Mutton Biryani:
1. Marinate the mutton with yoghurt and 2–3 tablespoons of Memoni Mutton Biryani Masala for at least 1 hour.
2. Cook the meat with onions and tomatoes until tender.
3. Layer cooked basmati rice with the prepared mutton, fresh mint and coriander in a pot.
4. Cover and cook on low heat (dum) for 15–20 minutes before serving hot. Enjoy!
