MTR Rava Idli Mix (mixture for spicy semolina cakes)

Legal Name: Instant Mix for Rava Idli.

Ingredients: Semolina (Rava), Lentils, Vegetable Oil, Salt and Raising Agents.

Allergens: Contains Wheat (Semolina). May contain traces of milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard and sesame.

Storage: Store in a cool, clean and dry place. Keep tightly closed after opening.

Preparation:

1. Mix the Rava Idli Mix with water and stir until a smooth batter is formed.

2. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes.

3. Pour into greased idli moulds and steam for 10–12 minutes.

4. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
