Legal Name: Instant Mix for Rice Idli (Steamed Rice Cakes).

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Lentil Flour, Salt, Raising Agents and Acidity Regulators.

Allergens: May contain milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard and sesame.

Storage: Store in a cool, clean and dry place. Keep tightly closed after opening.

Preparation:

1. Mix the Rice Idli Mix with water to obtain a smooth, lump-free batter.

2. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes.

3. Pour into greased idli moulds and steam for 10–12 minutes.

4. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
