Mutton Biryani Masala

Ingredients: Cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, coriander, cumin, black pepper, ginger, garlic, chili, salt. May contain traces of mustard, celery, and sesame.

Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy: 1175 kJ/280 kcal, Fat: 6.5 g, of which saturates: 1.2 g, Carbohydrates: 31.8 g, of which sugars: 3.1 g, Protein: 10.1 g, Salt: 18.2 g

Preparation:

1. Marinate 750g of lamb with yogurt, onions and 3 tablespoons of masala.
2. Pre-cook rice and drain.
3. Steam both in layers in a pot and let simmer for about 25 minutes.

Seasoning: 3 tbsp masala per 750g meat for full-flavored biryani.
