Nihari Masala

Ingredients: Nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, chili, coriander, pepper, salt. May contain traces of celery, mustard, and gluten.

Preparation of Nihari:

1. Fry the leg meat in oil and add 3-4 tablespoons of masala.
2. Pour in water and let it simmer overnight over low heat.
3. The next morning, heat it up and simmer for another 30 minutes.
4. Seasoning with Nihari Masala provides the typical deep spicy taste.
5. Garnish with fresh ginger, lemon and coriander.
