Pasanda Masala

Ingredients: Cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili, salt. May contain traces of celery, mustard, and gluten.

Preparation of Pasanda:

1. Lightly pound thin slices of meat (e.g. lamb or beef) and marinate them in yogurt with masala.
2. Let it steep for at least 2 hours.
3. Fry in oil until the meat is soft and aromatic.
4. Seasoning with Pasanda Masala rounds off the dish perfectly.
5. Serve with almond flakes and coriander.
