Preparation of Pav Bhaji Masala:
1. Boil potatoes, cauliflower, peas and carrots until tender, then mash them lightly.

3. Add 2–3 teaspoons of Pav Bhaji Masala along with the vegetables and simmer for a few minutes.
4. Garnish with butter, chopped coriander and lemon wedges, and serve with toasted pav buns.
