Pulao Masala

Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg, chili, salt. May contain traces of celery and mustard.

Preparation of Pulao:

1. Wash and soak rice thoroughly.
2. Fry vegetables and pieces of meat of your choice in a little oil.
3. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of Pulao Masala.
4. Add the soaked rice and water, cover, and cook over low heat.
5. Do not stir in between so that the rice remains fluffy.
