Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, garlic, ginger, salt. May contain traces of mustard and celery.
Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy: 1220 kJ/292 kcal, Fat: 8.1 g, of which saturates: 1.7 g, Carbohydrates: 30.8 g, of which sugars: 2.9 g, Protein: 11.0 g, Salt: 18.3 g
Preparation:
- Marinate 750g of meat (e.g. lamb or chicken) with yogurt, fried onions and 3 tbsp of Quorma Masala.
- Simmer slowly in a pot with a little oil.
- After about 45 minutes the Quorma is ready to serve.
Seasoning: For authentic taste, use 2-3 tablespoons of masala per dish.
