Seekh Kebab Masala

Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, garlic, salt. May contain traces of mustard and celery.

Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy: 1215 kJ/290 kcal, Fat: 7.9 g, of which saturates: 1.2 g, Carbohydrates: 35.2 g, of which sugars: 2.6 g, Protein: 10.1 g, Salt: 18.5 g

Preparation:

1. Put 500 g of minced meat into a bowl.
2. Add 2 finely chopped onions and 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger.
3. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Seekh Kabab Masala and a little oil.
4. Mix everything well and form skewers.
5. Lightly grease the grill or pan and sear the skewers on all sides over medium heat until cooked through.

Seasoning: Use 1-2 tablespoons of Seekh Kabab Masala per 500g of meat for an authentic flavor.
