Seekh Kebab Masala

Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, paprika, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, garlic powder, ginger powder, table salt. May contain traces of mustard, celery, and gluten.

Preparation of Seekh Kabab:
1. Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onions, coriander and green chili.
2. Add Seekh Kabab Masala and knead well.
3. Form the mixture into long rolls and place them on skewers.
4. Cook in a pan, oven, or grill until cooked through.
5. Season carefully to bring out the smoky depth of the kebabs.
6. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve with chutney. Enjoy your seekh kebabs!
