Preparation of Sindhi Biryani:

1. Fry meat and potatoes with onions, tomatoes and 3 tablespoons of masala.
2. Cook rice separately.
3. Layer in a pot: rice – meat – potatoes – rice.
4. When seasoning, ensure even distribution.
5. Steam over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
