Preparation of Sindhi Biryani:

1. Fry pieces of meat with onions, tomatoes and yogurt.
2. Add 4 tbsp Sindhi Biryani Masala and mix well.
3. Add cooked rice in layers.
4. Steam for 15–20 minutes.
5. Seasoning with Sindhi Biryani Masala gives the typical aroma and taste.
